Yet another way to protect yourself from illness - and yes - ebola too.
Visit this link at the Healthy Home Economist for the Master Tonic Recipe. You can make this at home! And you likely already have everything you need in your pantry! It contains a combination of garlic, apple cider vinegar, onions and other foods that combat viruses, build immunity and stimulate the elimination organs to do their best to eliminate wastes (helping you stay well!)
I would also add a bit of raw honey to mine and perhaps a bit of fresh lemon juice for flavor and added cleansing action. Plus the lemon will help to offset the garlic flavor! But remember - the best way to not have garlic breath is to make sure that everyone around you is eating it too! haha
Make the Master Tonic at home, strain it and sip 1-4 tsp per day just before a meal.
What Else Can You Do?
•Colloidal Silver by Natural Immunogenics brand (love, love, love) 6 droppers full daily held in the mouth for 30 seconds, gargled and then swallowed. This is a perfect option for children as it's tasteless.
•Echinacea (liquid tincture is ideal taken one week on, one week off, taking 3-5 droppers full per day)
•Olive Leaf tincture (taking 3-5 droppers full per day)
•Wash your hands whenever you have an opportunity, saying the A,B,C's as you do it to ensure your killing germs.
•Drink plenty of purified water per day - half your bodies weight in ounces. WHY IS HYDRATION IMPORTANT? Having hydrated mucus membranes ensures that this protective barrier (inside the nose for example) does it's job to protect you from invaders.
•Avoid refined sugar the best you can - this lowers the immune system BIG TIME for hours and hours after it's consumption. NEVER eat refined sugar when you feel like you coming down with something or when you have been exposed. Instead do something sweetened with raw honey, maple syrup or another natural sugar alternative.
SOMETIMES - we must get sick. Our bodies need to eliminate something inside of us and that is a GOOD thing! Better out than IN - I always say.
But these tips will help you to mitigate the damage, protect yourself from viruses that are prevalent now and throughout the cold and flu season:)
Cheers to wellness! :)
