I made this smoothie - literally, from a hodge-podge of smoothie making materials I have.
I used some ground flax (soaked for several hours or overnight), some chia seed (also soaked), one ripe banana, liquid minerals, cinnamon, and some real maple syrup. Of course always use purified water for soaking and I added some additional water too for a good consistency.
It's high protein, high antioxidant, stimulating to circulation (and with the cinnamon it's blood sugar balancing), it contains some EFA's and is just plain old good tasting.
Always check your teeth after drinking a chia smoothie; you'll definitely have some in your grill! Lol
