I decided today in the spirit of spring cleaning, in honor of the new moon & mercury leaving retrograde & for the creation of a new personal tradition - a sober St. Patricks Day - We'll ring in springs first month of March with a plethora of green drinks, smoothies & education on the benefit of all things green and lovely!

This green drink contains soaked chia, spirulina (1 tbsp), molasses (1 tbsp), 2 slices of ginger, 1 apple, ground flax, wheat germ and purified water with a dab of maple syrup. It was freakin' delicious too.
